Where do you think is the best area to invest in property and why?

| In the short to medium term I have confidence in Gosnells and Thornlie. These areas have low priced properties which caters to a large proportion of buyers at any time in the market cycles and the City of Gosnells is completing a proposed ammendment to the TPS (ammend. 111) which will see the rezoning of various pockets to higher densities. This will provide the catalyst to a rapid transformation in these areas. |

| The area of Stirling seems to represent good value - you get a lot of house for your money and it is very well located to amenities and transport. The standard of housing and attractive streetscape creates an appealing outlook. |
